These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Guren Streetwear and to every distance contract concluded between the trader and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed before the contract is concluded that the terms and conditions are available for inspection at the trader.

These terms apply to the exclusion of any general terms and conditions of the buyer.

If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be stated explicitly in the offer.

Guren Streetwear produces exclusively in limited runs. Products are not restocked once sold out. The offer states the available sizes and colours per product.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer shall not be binding on Guren Streetwear.

Images on the website provide an accurate representation of the products offered. Due to manual dyeing processes and lighting in photography, colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

The contract is formed at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and the conditions attached to it are met.

If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Guren Streetwear will promptly confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically. Until the receipt of this acceptance has been confirmed, the consumer may dissolve the contract.

Guren Streetwear reserves the right to refuse an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or non-availability of the product. In such cases, any payment will be fully refunded.

All stated prices are in euros and are inclusive of 21% Dutch VAT (BTW), unless stated otherwise.

Any delivery costs are stated separately and are clearly visible before the order is placed.

Guren Streetwear reserves the right to change prices. Changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.

Payment is made via the payment service of Mollie B.V. We accept the following payment methods:

• iDEAL (all Dutch banks)
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

Payment takes place before delivery (prepayment). The order is only processed after receipt of payment. All payments are processed securely through Mollie's payment environment.

Guren Streetwear endeavours to deliver orders within the stated delivery time. The following indicative delivery times apply after receipt of payment:

• Netherlands: 2–5 business days.
• Belgium and Germany: 3–7 business days.
• Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days.
• Outside Europe: 7–21 business days.

Stated delivery times are indicative. Guren Streetwear is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as carrier delays or customs.

Orders over €60 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €5.95 applies.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Guren Streetwear until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The consumer has the right to dissolve the contract without giving reasons within a cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving the product.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with care. Products may be tried on but must not have been worn, washed, or otherwise used. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Guren Streetwear in writing at info@gurenstreetwear.nl stating the order number. After confirmation by Guren Streetwear, the consumer has 14 days to return the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are clearly personal in nature or made to the consumer's specifications.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer, unless the returned product has a defect attributable to Guren Streetwear, or an incorrect product was delivered.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Guren Streetwear will, where the right of withdrawal applies, refund the purchase amount including the original shipping costs (when the full order is returned) via the original payment method. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Guren Streetwear reserves the right to withhold a refund until the product has been received or until the consumer has demonstrated that the product was sent back.

Guren Streetwear warrants that products conform to the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable standards of soundness and usability, in accordance with the legal provisions in force at the date of the contract.

The consumer is entitled to the statutory 2-year warranty under European consumer law. This means that a product must conform to reasonable expectations for two years after purchase.

Normal wear and tear from use, improper care, or damage caused by the consumer is not covered by this warranty.

Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted to Guren Streetwear promptly, completely and clearly described, after the consumer has identified the defects. Complaints can be submitted via:

Guren Streetwear will respond to complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Guren Streetwear will respond within 5 business days with an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed response.

Complaints that cannot be resolved through mutual consultation can be submitted to a dispute resolution body. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's ODR platform.

Contracts between Guren Streetwear and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Disputes arising from or related to the contract shall be submitted in the first instance to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law designates another court.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
